- Selection: Identify the most outstanding high-potential employees for accelerated development through preliminary background screening, performance evaluation, leadership potential assessment, and other processes.
- Learning: Help participants master management knowledge and skills, and rapidly enhance the capabilities of frontline managers through learning sessions focused on cultural reinforcement, problem-solving, and leadership development.
- Practice: Stimulate the potential of management awareness through on-the-job practice, supporting participants in completing the role transition from “business experts” to “team leaders”.
- Development: Incorporate high-potential employees into the talent pool through talent inventory, management competency assessment, and other methods, and prioritize their appointment based on organizational development needs.
