Qinglan Program

The Qinglan Program is a progressive learning and development initiative tailored by Yijiahe for the company’s young backbone employees. It aims to help participants develop management thinking, master management knowledge, and cultivate fast-growing talents for the company who “constantly break through and surpass themselves”.

Program Objectives

  1. Further convey and practice the great mission of “applying intelligent technology to improve human life”, and implement the corporate culture of “integrity, innovation, focus, and excellence”.
  2. Support the role transition from individual contributors to managers, enabling them to foster a positive team atmosphere and achieve team performance.
  3. Effectively promote the resolution of organizational issues through action learning.

Development Modules

  • Selection: Identify the most outstanding high-potential employees for accelerated development through preliminary background screening, performance evaluation, leadership potential assessment, and other processes.
  • Learning: Help participants master management knowledge and skills, and rapidly enhance the capabilities of frontline managers through learning sessions focused on cultural reinforcement, problem-solving, and leadership development.
  • Practice: Stimulate the potential of management awareness through on-the-job practice, supporting participants in completing the role transition from “business experts” to “team leaders”.
  • Development: Incorporate high-potential employees into the talent pool through talent inventory, management competency assessment, and other methods, and prioritize their appointment based on organizational development needs.
