In 2023, Yijiahe Academy launched the CPS (Creative Problem Solving) Workshop training program for the entire company. The program aims to help employees, when facing work challenges, identify the real problems, find the root causes of the problems, think creatively about solutions, then formulate and select the optimal solution implementation plan, so as to improve and enhance the success rate of achieving business goals.
