Yijiahe has always focused on enhancing the professional sales capabilities of its marketing personnel. In 2023, the company launched a series of offline training sessions under the "Marketing Competition" program. The initiative aims to strengthen employees' mastery of key product knowledge and systematic sales skills, thereby enabling them to identify and manage customers more accurately, and present the company, convey product advantages and value to customers in a more professional manner.
Meanwhile, through simulated drills of real sales scenarios, this program also combines training with practical application to improve employees' communication and negotiation abilities, as well as their capacity to flexibly respond to challenges.
